A beautiful contemporary Victorian house in Haslemere, Surrey. The house is spacious and boasts two sitting rooms and has a private patio and garden that gets the sun until the end of the day in the summer. Situated in a peaceful residential area with local national trust walks, it is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and shops and there are also excellent local restaurants and pubs. The space A spacious family home with contemporary décor throughout. On the ground floor there is a formal sitting room and then a more casual 'snug' with a log burner, that leads into an open plan kitchen/dining room which opens out onto a lovely terrace and garden. Upstairs the bedroom is bright with a comfy double bed, as well as the family bathroom that has a shower and bath. Guest access Guests can use the main spare bedroom and have exclusive access to the rest of the house and outdoor space. The other X2 bedrooms are unavailable to use, however I am happy to make a concession if extra space is needed for a baby cot.
