The tranquility & mountainous view also make this a great retreat anytime of the year! The space This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, 1 story house features sleeping arrangements for up to 4 people. The bungalow features one tastefully decorated bedroom, furnished with a luxurious king-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of adventure. The bedroom is designed with your comfort in mind, providing a tranquil atmosphere to recharge and rejuvenate. In addition to the spacious bedroom, Blackberry Bungalow boasts a well-appointed bathroom, complete with modern amenities and all the essentials you need for your stay. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience. The living area of the bungalow is designed with an open concept, providing a seamless flow between the cozy living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The living room features a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa, accommodating up to four guests in total. Sink into its plush cushions and unwind while watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The home features a king bed in the master bedroom, along with a queen sofa-bed located in the living space. Outdoor seating with a table for 4 and two lounge chairs. The dock is provided with rental and is available for use by renters and their guests for sun-bathing and swimming, there is space for renters to dock their own boat. The kitchen is filled with plenty of plates, drinkware, cookware, and items to make your stay comfortable including a Blender, Coffee Maker (regular and Keurig), and Toaster. The laundry room is equipped with not only the washer and the dryer but also has some cleaning supplies if needed: Broom & Dust Pan, Mop & Bucket, laundry detergent, etc. Guest access All areas of the house, decks, and dock are open for access to guests. The dock available for use by renters and their guests for sun-bathing and swimming, there is space for renters to dock their own boat. The house also has a Charcoal grill available for guests to use, please bring your own charcoal as we cannot be sure previous guest left any. Other things to note *The dock is currently UNAVAILABLE due to Hurricane Helene, we are hoping to have it rebuilt before summer 2025! Thank you for your patience.* The water off of the dock is 5-7 feet deep and is great for swimming! There is a sand bar about 40ft off of the dock that keeps boats from the main channel from coming near the dock. - Pets are allowed, but an additional pet fee is required, so pets must be included on reservation.
