Cosy single room in the Center of Jülich

1️⃣small bedroom for only one person, located in the center of Juelich. 2️⃣convenient transportation: FZJ can be directly reached by downstairs bus station; Netto market/central shoppong street can be reached by walking with 5mins 3️⃣fully furnished and you can check in with your bag. 4️⃣can cook in the kitchen ❌But no wifi provided. Prefer female tenants!!! The space The size of the room you are going to live in is nearly 9m² with heating and two windows. Guest access The small but cozy bedroom will be your private space, and you can also share the bathroom, kitchen, and corridor with me. You can use shared freezer, cutlery, tissues, seasonings, bath lotion, and shampoo. During your stay I hope to give you more private space, but we can also contact each other via email/we-chat/what-s-app. Other things to note 1) The sound insulation of the room is relatively poor; 2) Because the apartment is close to the road, it may be a bit noisy during the day (but quiet at night); 3) There is a Sushi Restaurant on the first (ground) floor of the building; 4) Please let me check your passport when you check in.
