Charcoal grill available please be sure to plan to bring your own charcoal if using. Fire pit available please be sure to bring your own firewood if using. Please be aware that it is HOT in Texas especially in the summer which bugs seem to love. Pesticide is called regularly but even we cannot stop all common bugs outside from sneaking inside! No mail delivered to our home. Please use usps or Amazon lockers. We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages and will not refund anything. NOTE - please check amenities available and note what to bring before your stay Seasonal community POOL available all summer long. Hours: 10am-8pm Pool closed on Monday’s for cleaning. If we are not able to clean and prepare for the next guest in time subject to pay for the other guests due to cancellation. unregistered guests fee - $35 per guest per night please register all guests. We have a max of 7 guests. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard, allowing for maximum comfort and relaxation during their stay. In addition, the seasonal neighborhood community pool is just a short walk away, providing the perfect way to cool down on a hot day.
