Local to historical villages, pubs, woodland walks, and National Trust sites. The space The cottage is set within 3 acres of ancient woodland, home to deer, rabbits, badgers and a variety of birds with plenty of space for wild picnics, to lounge with a book, and cook over the fire pit or BBQ. Pick a bundle of oregano or sage from the herb garden. Be inspired and use the available art materials and easel to paint or draw at your leisure. The cottage is an Arts and crafts house and retains the charm with wooden flooring, beams and iron window frames. Each bedroom provides a spacious cupboard with plenty of storage, and views over the gardens and valley. Plenty of books and games are available to be cosy around the log fire in the living room or on the landing snug. Other things to note Guests have sole use of the house, terraces and gardens, but the garage studio may be occasionally used - night times only - by the host, Mathilda.
