Quiet, family-friendly apartment with free parking

Peaceful and quiet renovated apartment in 1920s masonry building with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and free parking in front of the house. Away from traffic noise, but well connected. Old Town is minutes away by bus, tram, or trolley, or 30 minute walk through Riga’s streets. Families will enjoy the nearby parks and playgrounds, while culture, sports, and nature lovers have Tallinas Kvartāls, Xiaomi Arena, Mežaparks, and Riga Zoo all within easy reach. The space Inside, the apartment offers a bright and comfortable atmosphere, with thoughtful touches that make it feel like home. It can accommodate up to three adults. The living area doubles as the bedroom, furnished with a sofa bed that sleeps two. For two guests who prefer separate sleeping arrangements, please let us know in advance, and we will provide a foldable chair bed with bedding. Families with small children are also welcome, and we provide a baby cot and high chair upon request. The kitchenette is equipped with everything needed to prepare simple meals, including a stovetop, refrigerator, electric kettle, kitchenware, and cleaning supplies. A washing machine is also available, making the apartment suitable for both short visits and longer stays. The bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer, fresh towels, and toiletries. Wi-Fi is provided and reliable for everyday use, and the apartment is kept warm and comfortable with central heating. Please note that the apartment is located in a historical building, and while the stairwell and facade show their age, the flat itself was fully renovated in 2023 and provides a modern, cozy environment. The apartment is on the 2.5th floor and can be accessed only by stairs, as the building does not have an elevator. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire apartment, including the living/sleeping area, kitchen, and bathroom. The building is safe and secure with a coded entrance, and free parking is available in the yard in front of the house.
