Bright double room close to town

Double bedroom available within our home. Conveniently located in St Thomas, a 10-15 minute walk into the City Centre and lovely Exeter Quay side. Close to local bus routes and train stations. Bright and spacious double room with comfortable bed and blackout curtains. Storage space available upon request. You will have exclusive use of your own bathroom/shower during your stay. We have two dogs in our home. Please do not book if you prefer a stay without pets. The space Terraced Victorian house in St Thomas, Exeter. On street residents permit parking. Access to a permit can be available on request. Guest access You’ll have private use of your bedroom and own bathroom/shower room. You’ll be able to use the kitchen if needed (though we request you let us know beforehand). During your stay I will greet you on arrival and check out. I will likely be available to offer help during your stay if required Other things to note Our home is well lived in and comfortable. We keep things clean and tidy but there are signs of life in a lived in home
