We are centrally located between Lexington KY, Louisville KY and Cincinnati OH. We're 49 miles to the Kentucky Horse park, 48 miles to the Creation Museum, and 34 miles to the Cincinnati Zoo. The space Large front and back yard with a full length deck equipped with outdoor dining, seating, propane fire pit and gas grill. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, Roku TV and private bath. Bedroom 2 has a walk-in closet. Bedroom 3 has a Roku TV. The living room boasts coziness with an electric fireplace (November thru March). The open floor plan allows fellowship amongst guests while cooking, dining or relaxing in the living room. While we do provide a set of clean, fresh linens and towels, there is a washer and dryer available in the home for your use. Nestled in the countryside on a quiet road, you can enjoy a peaceful evening on the covered deck around the fire pit watching beautiful sunsets and local wildlife including whitetail deer who consider this their sanctuary, a place they call home. Guest access Guests have full access to the home and yard. There is a separate garage not available for use. Other things to note This is a one-story home with no indoor stairs. There are no stairs from the driveway to the front door but you do have to step inside the front entrance (see photos). There are steps to access the back deck from the driveway. Our home is located in the country so you will travel approximately 2.5 miles on a country road from the main highway.
