The space The room has standard furniture ref microwave toaster oven and induction so you can cook home cooked meals. You can also boil water for cofee and boiling whatever you need. The Bed is queen size and comfortable; there is air conditioning and a TV in the bedroom; there is a fast Internet connection; and the balcony is small yet the best spot to enjoy the view of Azure's beach and Sands bar, which is also a good area for smokers; just don't leave the cigarettes there, and you will have the best staycation experience.  The unit is cleaned before guests check in and out. Underground parking is available in my private spot beside the elevator at 300php per day. Disclaimer and to set your high expectations correctly, the unit has no water heater in the bathroom.
