Quiet Large double room with bathroom En-suite

It is a bright, large double room approx 6,00 x 2,45 m plus the bathroom en-suite. There is no room above or to the sides. Only a corridor to connect with the rest of the house. The space Wardrobes and sets of drawers are NOT available to use. There is a clothes rack available. You have a desk available that you can use to work with your laptop. It is furnished with new modern furniture and a comfortable bed. Pillows are made of cotton and they are different in height rigidity. I believe every person would have different preferences. Fresh cotton bed linen. Fresh fluffy cotton towels are provided. Toiletries, hairdryer and iron available for your use. There is a kettle, container to fill in the kettle from the bathroom tap, mugs, glasses, cutlery, plates inside of the room. Please, READ to avoid disappointment: There is a KITCHEN in the house but it IS NOT PART of the offer with the room. I only offer the room. The maintenance of the kitchen is out of my control so I am sorry if it is not the same standard as the room. I understand you can use occasionally because it is in the house but if it is not clean, tidy...It is out of my control. The same with other appliances inside of the kitchen like microwave... I hope you understand. Other things to note Parking Weekdays You can park everywhere on the street after 18:00h until 8:00h in the morning the next day. There are 2 parking spaces on the street where you can park at any moment for up to a maximum of 2h. There are some parkings spaces on the streets around the house where you can park for up to a maximum of 2h. Weekend From 18:00 Saturday to Monday 8:00h you can park on the street in almost any parking space available. There are some paid parking spaces around. Notice building opposite is a private parking. In the rear part you might parking for a short period of time but remember you might affect the access to other cars. Notice there might be events in a close Theatre might make more difficult to find a parking space until event has finished after 22:00. So, parking might be easy or a little bit complicated depending on your schedule. There is a shared kitchen but it is expect you to use occasionally because there is no cutlery, cup…available at the moment. There is washing machine and drier but it expected a occasional use. Bicycles-guests on two wheels are welcome to store their bicycles in the back garden - access through the rear gate but notice it is not a complete secure place. Bicycles are not allowed inside of the house. Sorry. Very flexible hosts who do everything they can to ensure you enjoy your stay - just ask! Please make yourself at home.
