Come and recharge your batteries in the countryside in an old house that has been refurbished and is ideally located (300 m from the bakery, grocery store, small restaurant). Located 1 hour from Paris by car, Maintenon train station 15 minutes away and then reach Paris Montparnasse in 40 minutes. The space This house can accommodate up to 6 people and will delight both young and old! A great garden with trampoline, small pool, swings, slide and a zip line where it's good to play but where you can also just rest! The house comprises on the ground floor: a kitchen with a bar open to the dining room (and the dining table turns into a French pool table!) There is also a TV lounge with fireplace, a games room/office and a toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with quality bedding. A bedroom with a king size bed 180 x 200 and possibility to put a baby bed in addition (bed that I can provide on request) The second bedroom consists of a double bed and 2 large 90 x 200 bunk beds that are suitable for children and adults. And a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. In the basement you will find a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. For your convenience, bed linen as well as towels and tea towels are provided. Outside, a garden with garden table and BBQ. Other things to note Non-smoking rental and no pets allowed.
