Sugarloaf Bike House - Comfy Home Near Downtown

Hello! Our house is located 2 miles from downtown Brevard on a large fenced in lot with mountain and farmland views. It has a 2-car garage with bike tools, bike stands, and a bike wash station. Along with a large kitchen and two living rooms, you can relax on our deck or enjoy a warm fire in our backyard. We are dog & family friendly, and our home includes toys, games, and books for you to enjoy during your stay. The space Our home has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It sleeps 10 people comfortably. The house sits on a small hill near the end of the road by a farm, and has roughly 1 acre of fenced in yard and woods. The road doesn't see a lot of traffic, so it is great for walking or biking into town. You will have access to the entire home (minus a few owners closets & attic) and two garage bays. One of the garage bays is setup for storing bikes, but a small car could be parked here instead. There is room for 2-3 additional cars outside the garage. Our home is a split level home, so you will walk up or down stairs upon entering. The main living, dining, and kitchen are located on the upper level along with the master bed/bath and two queen rooms with a shared full bath. The last two bedrooms are on the bottom floor, along with the third full bathroom. The bedroom with the bunk beds also has a desk, monitor, and chair if you need to do some work. *Note* - The bunk beds are rated for 150lbs per bed. Our kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets and utensils. It also includes everyday items you need to cook, including most spices :). We also have children's cups and cutlery. A secondary smaller refrigerator is located on the lower level. There is also a mud room with access to the garage, and a washer and dryer. The lower level living space also has a pull out trundle bed (great for kids or teens, but could fit an adult as well). Guest access Entire home access except 3 owners closets and attic. Front door and back door have keypad entry. Other things to note Bike amenities include: - Shoe & glove dryer - Tools for common bike repairs & washing bikes - Muc-Off bike-specific pressure washer - Stands for storing bikes in the garage 2 Dog bowls, waste bags, paw washer, and towels are provided for your furry family members. The house has a fire pit for hanging out in the evening. We also provide 2 roasting sticks. There are also inflatables in the garage for doing a river float.
