We have reached out to them but remain in this category. We are however within 10 driving minutes to Chena Lakes. •TRAIN - There is a train track a couple of blocks away, you can hear the train from the cabin, it has not been bothersome. •GRILL & FIRE PIT may not be accessible in winter. •This is a single story home but you will need to go up two steps to reach the kitchen, bathroom & bedroom area from the entry & living room area. ❗️—IMPORTANT—- •Due to severe ALLERGIES, PLEASE do not request or book a stay, with ANIMALS. We appreciate your understanding. •Fire pit and grill may not be accessible in winter depending on the snow load and temperatures. •All hosts in the Fairbanks North Star Borough are required by law, to collect and pay an 8% room / bed tax from guests.
