We offer this beautiful 120 m2 house which is located in our 1 hectare property where you can find peace and quiet while being close to major cities such as Paris, Versailles, Chartres, Rambouillet, etc. We are located right next to the Domaine de la Thibaudière in Faverolles (place of reception). The space We offer this second house which is located in our 1 hectare property. The 120 square meter house has 3 bedrooms (2 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs, air-conditioned) with 3 double beds including 2 x160 + 1 x 140) + 1 baby bed + 1 sofa bed, a living room, a dining room, 1 equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, washing machine, clothes rack, iron + ironing board). There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabins + 3 toilets. You will find 3 parking spaces inside. You will also have a 60 square meter terrace with deckchairs, table, slide, games... You will have access to the pétanque court (equipment provided) as well as 2 hours per night reserved for the private relaxation area (only from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and subject to reservation of the time slot the day before): Relaxation area: Hot tub for 5 people max. Indoor swimming pool (6x8) 1.30 meters deep and heated year-round to 29 degrees with shower and inflatable games. Please note, you have to go through the outside to get to the relaxation area, so plan something to cover yourself, especially in winter🧣. Guest access 100% of the second house + terrace and backyard of this property + Boulodrome + 2 hours private relaxation area (swimming pool, jacuzzi) from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (with reservation of the time slot the day before) Other things to note Throughout the year, we welcome guests with great pleasure! Beds will be made and shower towels will be available. We would like you to tidy up at the end of your stay and to have the beds undone and placed in the entrance.
