This listing is for guests who would like to rent only "one" of the rooms in the main house (maximum occupancy of two guests per room). See our other Listings to rent more rooms in the main house or at the beach cabin. Extra guests must book a room! There are no extra guests sleeping on floors or couches. Guest access Guests have access to the common sitting area (no "TV"). DVD's and VHS tapes are available. Wifi is available everywhere on-site. Guests have access to our fully equipped summer kitchen which sits right on water's edge (seasonal) (available early May to early October). Main House Room Rentals - A Resort Fee will be added to your booking if you choose to use the Resort facilities (beach kitchen, kayaks, etc.). $15/reservation/room. A paleo breakfast is optional and served in the dining room. Must be set-up in advance. Additional cost of $15/person/day. Extra meals are available upon request. An additional starting price of $25/guest/meal. Please note that additional meals are prepared by our onsite chef and no set menu is followed. If you have a certain food intolerance, you must let us know in advance. During your stay Guests have their own space however hosts live on-site running the Guest House so they are available when needed. GST will be collected at check-in. Housekeeping is done when you check-out (unless otherwise requested). It is the Guest's responsibility to keep their rooms and shared common areas clean and tidy! The beach kitchen is a shared facility. It is the Guest's responsibility to keep the kitchen clean for the enjoyment of all guests on-site. There is a Hot tub on site (seasonal). However, a fee of $100 will be charged to set this up for your personal use.
