The space Welcome to our studio apartment with a balcony and hammock located in the heart of Bogotá, where you can find everything you need for a comfortable stay in a central location of the city. ✔️ A double bed with a hotel mattress, clean linens, pillows, cushions, blankets, and down comforter. Perfect for the city's climate. ✔️ Kitchen equipped with electric kettle, blender, pots, pans, cutlery, stove, salt, pepper, oil, French press (coffee maker), delicious Colombian coffee, and organic panela. Private ✔️ bathroom with clean towels, a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, and hot water. ✔️ A desk for work, WiFi, and Smart TV. ✔️ Steam iron and clothesline. Commercial ✔️ area close to supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. ✔️ Comfortable hammock and balcony overlooking the street ⚠️ The building does NOT have parking, however there is a 24H parking lot two blocks from the accommodation, and several paid parking lots around. 🚶 10 minutes walk to the gastronomic area Zona G. 🚶 5 minute walk to Parque de los Hippies. 🚶 5 minutes walk to Plaza de Lourdes. 🚕 10 minutes by car from the international center. 🚕 15 minutes by car to the historic center and Monserrate. 🚕 10 minutes by car from Zone T and the Andino shopping center. 🚕 10-minute drive to the Campin Stadium and Movistar Arena 🚕 25 minutes by car from El Dorado Airport. Visitors 🙇 are allowed, but only guests registered at check-in can stay overnight. Guest access The building has direct street access and an elevator on all levels. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the building. I'm usually there at check-in time to hand over the keys, and if not, they can be claimed next to the building. Other things to note ✔️ For stays longer than 10 days, we offer free cleaning service every 8 days if requested by the guest. Towels will be changed every 4 days if requested by the guest. Only two guests✔️ are allowed to stay overnight, although there is no problem with visitors. ✔️ Chapinero Central is a very active neighborhood.
