Luxury 3 bedroom cliff top cabin on the coast path with panoramic views across Whitsand Bay, moments from a beautiful sandy beach. Newly renovated with an open plan living area, well equipped kitchen and laundry room, the property sleeps six in 3 bedrooms plus a cot. Outside is a beautiful secluded garden with seating areas to enjoy the views and an outdoor shower. The property welcomes up to two dogs and the beach is dog friendly all year round. The space Large open plan living area with well equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with views across Whitsand Bay from Rame Head in the east to Looe and beyond in the west. Three good sized bedrooms: Master Bedroom has kingsize bed with patio doors looking out to the west with sweeping sea views across Whitsand Bay; Bedroom 2 has Twin or Superking size bed as you wish and Bedroom 3 is a double bedded room with sea view. A travel cot is available on request. There are two bathrooms. Outside there is a separate laundry room and the large garden has a number of terraces and a deck to sit and enjoy the view. The house is 2 minutes’ walk from the lay-by/road along the coast path, there are 10 steps down to the front door. Once inside, the house on a single level except for one step up to two of the bedrooms. There is a four mile stretch of sandy beach within a couple of minutes walk from the house. As with many of the beautiful Cornish coastal paths, the walks and scenery are stunning but hilly in places so trainers, trail or walking shoes are recommended. Guest access Entire house. Other things to note There house is on the coastal path approximately 2 minutes’ walk from the road with 10 steps down to the front door. Permit parking is provided. Charging for electric vehicles is not available. Access to the beach is via steep steps so may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Inside, the house is all on one level but there is one step up to two of the bedrooms.
