Welcome to our lakefront cottage - only 30 minutes away from Kingston, ON and a little under 3 hours from Toronto, ON! Our waterfront property has unobstructed lake views, waterfront access, sleeps 6, a pool table and a large outdoor patio space for guests to enjoy a nice BBQ. The space This is a one of kind property! This cottage has plenty of natural light coming in, great to watch the sunrise and sunset. Enjoy all the comforts of being home with a fully equipped kitchen and large dining space. INTERIOR - MAIN LEVEL KITCHEN Fully equipped kitchen which includes the following: - Pots and pans - Keurig Coffee Maker - Cuisinart Cooking Steamer - Kettle - Microwave, Fridge, Stove/Oven - Essential cutlery, cooking utensils, knives, cutting board, can opener, fruit peeler, wine corkscrew - Dinnerware, mugs - Large baking pan, roasting pan, baking mitts - Cooking oil, salt, pepper (Any other spices/cooking ingredient found, you are more than welcomed to use!) DINING ROOM - Enjoy all your meals with views overlooking out to the water, seated at a large marble table. LIVING ROOM - The living room has amazing views of the lake, where guests can also relax and watch TV on a L-shaped sofa, facing the fireplace. There is also a bar table with 2 bar stools, another great spot in the cottage to enjoy the view. BEDROOM 1 - 1 Queen size bed with two night lamps on both sides of the bed. Outlets on both sides of the bed, easy to charge your phones or electronic devices. BATHROOM 1 - Full bath (Rainfall waterfall shower) LOWER LEVEL - Walkout leading directly to the backyard, which leads down to the deck. - Pool table - 2 Sofa beds - 1 single bed BEDROOM 2 - 2 single beds - Outlet near bedside to charge phones or any other electronic device BATHROOM 2 - Full bath (Rainfall waterfall shower) - Note: There is a step up into the bathroom. EXTERIOR PATIO Featuring an oversized deck, overlooking the water, guests can enjoy their meals outdoors, with partial shade from mature tree. - BBQ grill - Essential bbq grill utensils (stored in the kitchen) - Patio swing - Outdoor dining table with seating for 6. - Outdoor string lights DOCK - This is an amazing spot for unbeatable views of the lake. It is also great for fishing! - Please note if you do go swimming, fishing, or participate in any other water activity, it will be at your own discretion and risk. Life jackets and any other water equipment, guests will have to bring themselves. - Please note if you do go fishing on our dock, you will need to obtain a fishing license. Please also follow fishing regulations for the season. - Also, there are many steps that lead down to the dock, so please use caution. Guest access Entire property for guest to use except for the garage which is off-limits to guests. Other things to note We respectfully ask that guests are considerate of our home and neighbours. Please do not trespass onto neighbouring properties as they live there all year round. No loud/excessive noise past 10pm. No smoking indoors.
