This self contained compact studio with free parking is an easy 5 minute walk from Warrington town centre, the Bus Station and Warrington Central Station (regular trains into Manchester Piccadilly and Liverpool). For Rugby league fans, the Halliwell Jones Stadium (Warrington Wolves) is just around the corner. Ideal base for all visitors to the town or for contractors working at Amazon, Asda, Brakes, The Hut Group, Travis Perkins, Eddie Stobarts. Hermes and United Utilities. The space You will be staying in a compact, stylish studio with a king size bed (bed can be split into two small singles if requested) with hotel style linens and towels. You have an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower. The mini kitchen has a single pan hob, microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster. It is well stocked with plenty of crockery and cooking utensils. If you require a full kitchen, please book one of our other units in the building. There is dining space for 2, which doubles up as a desk if WFH. Fast speed WiFi is free and reliable. If you are bringing more than one vehicle, please contact us for other arrangements Other things to note This unit is on the ground floor and has a small kitchenette with a microwave, single induction hob, mini fridge, toaster and kettle - see photos. We have larger units with full kitchens if you need to do more elaborate cooking - just ask and we can advise what is available. The unit does not have it's own washer / dryer, but we have a communal one in the building, which is free of charge for all guests.
