This is a great place to stay. Every apartment design is perfect, a private space and overlooking the cool blue ocean. There is a spacious balcony where your bed can directly overlook the Sea and the sea breeze will give you a peaceful sleep. The apartment is new, clean and you will be satisfied. Welcome to the Beautiful ocean view apartment experience. The space * The apartment is located on the 30th floor and has an ocean view The usable area is 45m2 and there is a private bedroom. We confirm that our apartment is the same as shown in the pictures here. * We welcome you at check-in with drinking water or candy, cake. * King size bed is 1.8m wide and equipped with blankets, sheets, pillows made entirely of high quality and new, clean cotton fabric. * The space is for couples or families of 2 members and one child under 6 years old. * The room is fully equipped with a wardrobe, desk, sofa, dining table and chairs and a kitchen full of utensils so you can cook as you like. * We provide high-speed Wifi, new air conditioner and excellent cooling. * The apartment has a washing machine, clothes drying rack. * We provide shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, hair dryer and some essentials for hygiene. * We provide you with 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels, floor mats. * The apartment will be cleaned and linen changed free of charge once a week. In case you want to clean every day, please pay the cleaning fee for the cleaning service of 200,000 VND/time * If you need to add blankets and bed sheets during your stay, the additional fee will be 150,000 VND/set. * The swimming pool is on the 4th floor of the Building, you will buy tickets at the Reception desk on the 1st floor with a specific ticket price: 50,000 VND/swim and 1,200,000 VND/month. Opening hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. every day. * Motorbikes will be parked in the B1 basement and the fare is 4,000 VND/time and 150,000 VND/bike/month. Cars will be 1,500,000 VND/car/month and 150,000 VND/day. * Luggage can be left in the lobby of the Building on the 1st floor and there are cameras, the reception of the Building works from 7-11:30 and from 13:00-18:00. * Near the Building there is Dam Market selling all household items, fruits, dried seafood, coffee and local food. And a rich dining area, a nearby supermarket. * If you need any assistance, please let me know or you can share with the Building Receptionist and she will enthusiastically assist you. * The building's corridors and public locations all have surveillance cameras to ensure absolute safety when you stay here. Other things to note Other things to note _ We are always available to help you, whenever you need help. _ You will be charged for any damage to the apartment caused by you. The amount can be up to $1000.00. Please take responsibility for your actions. _ Free use of washing machine. We have a drying rack on the balcony or laundry service for an additional fee. _ For long-term rentals (more than 1 week), the house cleaner will be present once a week. _ We will send a confirmation letter after your booking is confirmed. However, if your reservation is less than 48 hours away and your check-in information is not accessible, it's time to message us for information. Typically, guests won't be able to view detailed check-in instructions until 3 days before their booking starts. _ We are honored to have you as a guest.
