The lounge is spacious with large TV, comfy sofas to unwind & relax after a busy day. Wi-Fi in all areas. The property is located on a no-through road so very quiet. Private parking opposite the property. Close to Manchester centre & Manchester airport, perfect for overnight stay before or after a flight. The space Sole use of double bedroom. Sole use of small study room with desk and comfy chair, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, small fridge & large mirror on door. No facilities to prepare meals, however we do provide complimentary tea, coffee, milk, hot chocolate, bottled water & light snack such as chocolate brioche buns. Sole use of the upstairs bathroom, located on the same floor as the bedroom. Sole use of the front lounge area. Bedroom, bathroom and small bedroom area are accessed via stairs off the lounge. Please note: Hosts live in the back of the property with their cockapoos. This area is locked off and separated from the areas that guests use. (May need to access the front door through the lounge to accept deliveries but would always try not to disturb where possible, rare occasions) Guest access Porch, help yourself to a pair of complimentary slippers for your stay as you enter.
