Welcome to Yellow Jasper Studio. This stylish 1-person studio includes a full private bathroom, a kitchen, a working desk, a twin bed, a dedicated entrance to the outside, and large windows that bring in the natural light. Location is near a major shopping mall. Years ago, we suffered from today's apartment leasing system - requiring tenants to commit to year-long leases when they just got to a new city. We fell in love with long-term Airbnb, and today, we want to return the favor. The space ****Important: this studio can only host 1 guest. Additional guests are not allowed. This is a strict rule for this studio. Private entrance controlled by a smart lock. You will receive your unique code to get in and out freely. Enjoy the sound of frogs and birds from the nearby forest. The small kitchen includes an induction cooktop, a toaster oven, a microwave, a Chemex pour-over coffee maker, pots and pans, plates and bowls, and silverware. Please turn on the bathroom exhaust fan when cooking. Your private bathroom includes a toilet and a shower. The room includes a TV and is well-furnished. It is perfect for work-from-home travelers, travel nurses, remote workers, and students who study or intern in the region. Although you have complete freedom access to the room, we ask you to respect quiet hour rules (no loud noise outside of 8am-10pm) and be kind to others as this community is built on respect. The laundry room is ONLY available (one load per day) 8am-10pm on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Guest access Guests have full access to everything inside the studio room. Guests also have access to our mutual laundry room every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. The laundry room includes an iron, a washing machine, and a dryer.
