This end-unit townhouse has newly renovated kitchen, baths, laundry, and driveway (with additional free parking lot right behind it). Bedrooms have new mattresses, smart tv, room darkening shades, and quality linens. The study has a futon with high-end mattress and featherbed for extra sleeping comfort (bed made by request). Enjoy natural bath products, breakfast treats, and more! Monthly rentals include one free cleaning. The space Mosaic House is a pleasant walk or bike ride to the UD campus (<1mile) or stadium (1.8mile). Try the many main street shops and eateries on your way to campus. Don't miss the UDairy Creamery on your way to the stadium. The working dairy farm has amazing ice cream/sorbets. Groceries are just down the road, and tax-free shopping at Christiana Mall is 15 minutes away. There's a lovely park with a pool, sports and hockey fields, and playgrounds. This is the perfect location for a Newark visit. Guest access The garage and two storage closets are locked. All other areas of the house are open for guest use. Other things to note Please let me know if you'll need the futon as an extra bed. The kitchen is well-stocked with staples (condiments, spices, coffee and tea). The neighborhood is relatively quiet (for an urban area) circular street of row homes with a park in the middle. Close to campus and Main St., but not close enough to hear students being students.
