Apartment in the historic centre of Seville, specifically next to the Alameda de Hércules. It is the most bohemian area of the city, full of restaurants and small local shops. It's indeed a great location to discover the most emblematic places of Seville while enjoying a local atmosphere. The main tourist attractions are within 20 minutes walking distance. The building is very quiet, perfect for a nice rest at night. It is fully equipped and has air conditioning and WiFi. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building with a fantastic Sevillian patio, very bright and quiet. The building belongs to the Hotel Corral de Los Chícharos, although the flat is totally independent from the hotel. It has a bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobes and TV. The living room is very spacious and has a comfortable double sofa-bed, so the capacity of the flat is 4 people. The kitchen is integrated in the living room. It is equipped with electrical appliances (coffee maker, toaster, microwave, vitroceramic hob, fridge...) as well as all kinds of utensils. The air conditioning is centralised for the whole house (living room and bedroom) as well as the heating. The bathroom has a large and comfortable shower and is equipped with hairdryer and washing machine. Guest access A truly unique flat, set in a typical Sevillian courtyard surrounded by an abundance of Sevillian plants and pots. You can also enjoy the terrace of Corral de los Chícharos, located on the top floor of the building and enjoy its wonderful breakfast and views. Other things to note Access to the flat is from 16:00, although we will be happy to welcome our guests before that time if the availability of the accommodation allows it. Similarly, the check-out time at 11:00 may be extended at a possible additional cost, provided that it is compatible with subsequent bookings.
