The space Our guest room has been lovingly refurbished to a high standard with your comfort and convenience in mind. Offering a bedroom with a king-size bed, side tables and lamps with charging points. A 2 seater dining table, a 3 in1 convertible seat (single bed, suitable for a toddler to teen) and a wingback chair, free WiFi & WiFi enabled TV. An adjoining kitchenette equipped with everything you need to cook up some grub. French doors leading onto your own private, fenced garden. You have a separate bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. Guest access Offering a large drive and off road parking. The guestroom is accessed via a gravelled driveway which may be problematic for those with mobility issues. Whilst the guestroom is all the same level there are door thresholds to the front access and French doors. Other things to note For your convenience When you arrive please make use of the milk, coffee & tea we have provided for your convenience. Put your feet up and grab a biscuit before unloading your luggage. Dog etiquette Whilst we welcome well mannered pups, we do ask that they stay off the bed and furniture as we take pride in maintaining high standards within our holiday let, including quality linens. Muddy paw stains and excess hair are very hard to eradicate. You are encouraged to bring your own dog bedding. We do have dog blankets to hand should you require them. Please look in the yellow footstool for one. Finally, please don't leave your dog unattended and alone within the property. Doggy guests enjoy their own private little garden too stretch their legs and play with toys. Non-smoking We operate a non smoking policy indoors and outdoors of the property. We kindly ask vaping to remain outdoors. Shopping If you want to stock up on a few groceries or need groceries, all the major supermarkets deliver here. We have a super convenience store 2 minutes drive in the village. A coop store 5 mins East and South of Friskney which is open until 10pm. Food Delivery *Denny's Pizza & Kebab, Wrangle *Wainfleet Kebab House, Wainfleet *Wrangle Spice, Wrangle If eating out is your thing, our much loved local, The Barley Mow is definitely worth a visit. Just up the road in Old Leake, stop by The Bricklayers Arms, also very lovely. Places in Skegness and villages in between boast of some great pubs and restaurants.
