The space The accommodation comprises - 35 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1 : queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2 : 2 single beds - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior : - A private, unheated 17 m³ swimming pool, available from May to October. A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual. - 4,500 m² enclosed garden with children's play area - A 50 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
