DEL Homestay is located at No.23, Jalan Mangga 3, Taman Kota Masai, with 1300 sqft in size, and counts spacious living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining area, kitchen, laundry room and a porch. The space You will have access to the entire house. Our porch can accommodate 2 cars and we have off street parking in front of the house. Other than 2 units of 2 seat sofa in the living room, we provide 2 seats with small table for our guest to eat or working on computer while watching television. We have mytv channel which you can watch Malaysia & a few of Singapore channel. Our home sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms, two rooms with one queen size bed and a room with two single bed and 2 bathrooms. All rooms equipped with air-conditioner and fan. Fret not, we also consider more than 6 guests as we have 2 extra foldable mattress with blanket upon request without extra charges. Our bathrooms, 1 bathroom in the master bedroom, equipped with water heater. No worries if you forget to bring your toiletries as we providing shower gel, shampoo and tooth paste for free. Our dining area can fit to 6 people and fully function kitchen, equipped with microwave oven, rice cooker, cooking ware for light cooking and dining ware. We also prepared some refreshment for our guest such as RO water dispenser, instant noodle, coffee, tea and milo, sugar and condensed milk. Other amenities such as washing machine, cloth hanger, towel, iron & iron board and hair dryer also provided. Guest access We are within walking distance of Surau, affordable restaurants, grocery stores, 24 hours laundry shop, convenience store, petrol station etc. All in 1 place! It is very convenience to stay at DEL Homestay because we are only 3 minutes away from Eco Business Park where wedding events usually held. We also 4 - 8 minutes away from Lotus’s Supermarket, eateries, fast food restaurants such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Domino’s Pizza and McDonalds drive thru etc. Our location is very near to Eco Tropics where beautiful garden is located, a scenic and beautiful place for photo shoot. During your stay in JB, you can always go shopping at IKEA Tebrau, Aeon Tebrau City and Mid Valley Southkey as it is only half an hour journey from DEL Homestay. Or you can go straight home thru E22 Highway as it is only take minutes to enter the highway.
