Featuring color-changing LED lighting, magic bowl water features plus a built-in table for you and your friends to gather around. The covered patio with a large 8-top table is the perfect space to dine or play games, plus cornhole if you're feeling competitive. Grill up your favorite food on the BBQ and enjoy the Havasu sunsets! KITCHEN The kitchen boasts plenty of counter space, an oversized island with bar seating for three, and fully stocked with modern appliances: an electric stove, electric cooktop, full-size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher and k-cup coffee maker with complimentary coffee and assorted teas. DINING There is plenty of dining space at Havasu Hideaway. The indoor dining room features a large table with seating for 6 people, plus our indoor kitchen island with seating for 3. As well as our outdoor table with seating for 8. 4 BEDROOMS + 3 BATHROOMS Bedroom 1 – Primary Bedroom: King bed, primary bath with dual vanity, soaking tub and shower. *Walk-in closet is off limits*. (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 2 – Front Guest Bedroom: King bed next to ¾ bath. (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 3 – Bunk Room: Two bunks with 4 twin beds. Next to the hall bathroom with shower/tub combo. (Sleeps 4) Bedroom 4 – Queen Bed. Next to the hall bathroom with shower/tub combo (Sleeps 2) SPA HEAT Spa Heat: The spa can be heated for $45 per night from 5:00PM to 10:00PM. Please let me know if you would like to use it and I can turn it on remotely for you! Payment: These charges are to be paid upfront. Please let us know how many days you'd like the spa heated during your stay. Notice: Tampering with pool/spa equipment or the automatic pool vacuum is strictly prohibited. This includes adjusting valves, changing settings, or removing the vacuum from the pool. Any interference will result in a minimum $250 service fee and may lead to additional charges for repairs or technician visits. GARAGE + PARKING At this time, the garage is off-limits to guests. There is ample room for parking in the driveway as well as additional side parking. PRIME LOCATION Havasu Hideaway is just minutes away from everything Lake Havasu City has to offer. Downtown/McCulloch Blvd: 7 minute drive (> 3 miles) Smith's Grocery: 7 minute drive (> 3 miles) London Bridge: 10 minute drive (> 4 miles) Windsor Boat Launch: 10 minute drive (> 4 miles) Guest access Guests may access the entire home except for the master closet and attached garage. Other things to note NO PETS ALLOWED QUIET HOURS We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in observing the designated quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. By doing so, you contribute to maintaining the tranquility of the neighborhood and upholding our reputation as considerate and respectful neighbors. SMOKING To maintain the pristine ambiance of Havasu Hideaway, we kindly request that there be no smoking inside the house. If any smoke, drug odor, or evidence of smoking activities is detected inside the property, a fee of $500 will be applied to your reservation. We have provided an uncovered backyard space where smoking is permitted. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in upholding these guidelines.
