You and your guests will enjoy easy access to everything Fairport from our centrally located home. The Erie Canal is right in your backyard, with walking access to restaurants, bars, ice cream and more – discover all that Fairport has to offer while staying in the heart of the village! Stay with the whole family or your group of friends in two large bedrooms with queen beds. A third bedroom sleeps two in a twin and pull out bed. The sleeper sofa also transforms into a large comfy double bed. You will be staying in the heart of the village with dining, drinking, kayaking, biking and hiking all right outside your doorstep. The Erie Canalway Trail is right in your backyard. Rent bikes and kayaks or park your boat steps away on the Erie Canal. Check out Fairport's new Train Viewing Platform to watch up to 65 trains pass per day! Enjoy premier access to festivals and events in the summer while staying in a secluded, private cul-de-sac with little traffic. Park up to two vehicles in a private driveway and access the front door through the welcoming three-season patio. You will walk in to a large dining room, living room and kitchen with a bedroom downstairs, and two additional bedrooms upstairs. You'll find comfortable, clean sheets on all the beds and fresh towels for the full bathroom located upstairs. Laundry machine and dryer are available downstairs. You may enter through the front door using the smart lock code. I live five minutes away and I am happy to assist in any way to make your stay more comfortable or if you may need any local recommendations! Lift Bridge Lane is adjacent to the Erie Canalway Trail and home to many local favorite businesses. Walk a few steps to bars and restaurants including Donnelley's Public House, B-Side, Mulconry's Irish Pub, TK's Pizzeria or Riki's Family Restaurant. Try some gelato at Royal Cafe or stop by Junction 361 for coffee or espresso as well as rotating local beers. Grab tacos or ice cream in the Box Factory and watch the boats and bikers go by the water. If you're not familiar with the area, you will fall in love with this gem of a village on the Erie Canal! You can park your car in the driveway or on the street. There is a public parking lot directly across the street for your guests. Although having a car is nice to have to explore greater Rochester, you won't need one to explore the very walkable and bikeable village of Fairport. You may park up to two cars in the driveway and you may park in the street. There is also a public parking lot 300 feet from the home.
