Supermarkets are also within a few minutes easy stroll So centrally located you would never need to use a car but if you have one you can make use of the dedicated on-site undercover secure car parking for 1 car (just let us know on booking you wish to use the space - no charge) there are no stairs from the car park to access the apartment so it's easy access for all abilities. The apartment features 2 large bedrooms both with City views & built in robes The Master has a comfortable King size bed & private ensuite while Bed 2 has 2 single beds. We provide high quality linen & Sheridan towels to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a main bathroom which also houses a full laundry so no need to take dirty clothes home. With so many restaurants in the immediate area you may never want to eat at home but if it's a relaxing night in you are after there is a comfortable lounge room with large 65" SmartTV complete with Netflix. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils you need to cook whatever you fancy & a 4 seater dining table to fully enjoy your meal. With Coles around the corner, grocery shopping is easy. There is a small desk if you are wishing to work from home, or just leave your lap top accessible. The large private balcony has views over Brisbane River & Southbank in one direction & Brisbane Clocktower in the other. There is both lounge & bar furniture so you chill out & enjoy the space in whichever way you choose. A Porta Cot & High Chair can be provided on request as well as a roll away bed suitable for children only (Fee's may apply) For safety purposes there is also a child lock with key fitted to the balcony door. Guest access This apartment is managed privately not through the hotel so please contact us directly & let us know if you have any questions. Other things to note The building has a strict no party policy & has security staff on-site. Any reports of parties or rules being broken will result in immediate eviction without refund & any costs or damage incurred will be on-charged to the guest.
