The space The house offers a bedroom with a king size bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and a living room. We also have an outdoor area where you can enjoy your meals, sunbathe or even relax on the swing sofa, and there is also a laundry room to wash your clothes. Guest access Casa Gomes is located on regional road 222 24. You will find a ramp that you will have to climb to access the local accommodation, and you will see some black stairs that you will have to climb. The Local Accommodation is on the first floor of a beautiful yellow house. Other things to note On 10-01-2024, a new Municipal Tourist Tax law was issued. The objective is to ensure the attractiveness of the municipality of Calheta, through the provision of quality services, the necessary environmental sustainability and the preservation of resources. Guests will be charged a €2 fee, not subject to VAT, per night and per person, up to a limit of seven consecutive nights, applicable throughout the year. The fee must be paid at the guest's check-in or check-out and is charged to the local lodging establishment.
