The Bloom House is a newly renovated bright & fully airconditioned 2-bedroom corner bungalow, with 4 very comfy beds (Queen, 2 Twin & Full Murphy beds), a living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, backyard/patio, fast WiFi and a huge private parking lot. It is centrally located in East Boca Raton &within minutes by foot or car to many shops, salons, spas, restaurants, parks, beaches &universities. It has 3x TVs, game boards & kitchen gadgets. The BLOOM HOUSE 🏡 The Bloom House was designed with you in mind to give you a comfortable stay in one of the safest cities in Florida. It is a detached corner bungalow with huge private parking space. It has a homey feel to it rather than a hotel vibe. 🎥. We have motion tracking security cameras outside the house. ❄️ A brand new centralized AC/heater was recently installed. 🚫 Please NO smoking inside the house. $300 fine to guest/s who smoked inside the house. Ashtrays are provided in the backyard patio. 🐶 🐱 Up to 2 pets (under 30 lbs) are allowed, if you have more than 2, please contact us before booking. Streaming services such as Netflix, HBO Max, Live Stream TV channels, Xumo Play, Tubi, Pluto TV, and PBS Kids TV are provided. Just login into your other TV apps such as Disney, Prime etc. Log out on your own TV app when checking out. Alexa Echo - ask away! Nest Thermostat Games: Scrabble, Jenga, Family Feud, Star Wars Monopoly, The Couples Game, Mancala, Simon, 2 boxes of playing cards and Connect 4 (Please take care of the pieces, don’t lose them and put them back in their proper box/place. Please be considerate as other guests will use them.) The BEDROOMS 🛌 🛌 Bedroom # 1 has a very comfortable queen bed, a smart TV with a remote control, and USB ports on both bedside tables. Netflix and HBO Max are provided. 🛌 Bedroom # 2 has 2 very comfortable twin beds, a smart TV with TV & Roku remote controls, and USB ports. Netflix, HBO Max and Roku Live TV are provided. 🛌 A Murphy (full size) bed is in the living room which serves as a fourth bed. 🎶 Each bedroom is equipped with a Home Medic sound therapy machine to give you a relaxing evening/sleep. Feel free to use any of the cleaning solutions. The dishwashing pods are in the drawer next to the dishwasher. The dishwashing detergent and sponge are next to the sink faucet. Extra bin bags are under the cabinet next to the dishwasher. (We labeled the cabinets.) Fire extinguisher 🧯is on the shelf next to the kitchen cabinet. 😊 BATHROOM 🚿🚽 Shower Sink Mirror / Medicine Cabinet (with medicine kit - 70% isopropyl alcohol, hydrogen peroxide and band aids) Toilet Bowl Hair Dryer - The towels and hair dryer are in the cupboard next to the bathroom. Hand soap, body wash and shampoo are provided in the bathroom. The LAUNDRY ROOM 👕👚 Washer (GE) Dryer (MAYTAG) Iron and Ironing boards 2x umbrellas (please return where you found them after use) A set of Golf Clubs (if it’s not there contact us)- there’s a golf course open to public thats opposite Costco and is 7 mins away from the house. Book by calling Boca Golf and Racquet Club. You may find some detergent soap and/or fabric softener in the corner shelf. We use them to wash the towels, comforters, bed linens etc upon guests’ check-out but feel free to use them if needed. Wanna go to the beach? We have 4-5 beach chairs and 3-4 beach towels in the laundry room. They are for beach use only not for bath. Feel free to bring them to the beach but please make sure that you bring them back how you found them. Please clean them, free of sand before you put them back in the laundry room (we will wash the beach towels when you check out) so future guests can enjoy them. EARLY OR LATE CHECK-IN/OUT 🌞🏡 Late check-out is allowed depending if the place is unbooked on the day of your check-out or early check in if the day prior to your check in is available. Late check-out and/or early check-in is subject to additional charge of $10 for 1 hour, $18 for 2 hours, $27 for 3 hours, $36 for 4 hours. We do get last minute booking on the day so we cannot promise any late check out. We will update you on this. Check-out time (11am) is absolute unless agreed by the hosts as per the terms and conditions above. Refusal to leave is a breach of contract. We will remove your belongings and move to a safe location until you retrieve them within 24 hours. Removal of your belongings will be subject to extra charge (removal fees) of $150. Please be responsible and respectful guests as there are other guests who would like to check-in on time. Guest access Guests will enjoy the 2 bedroom bungalow with their own kitchen, living room, laundry, bathroom, backyard/patio and front yard with their own parking space which can accommodate a few vehicles (of any size including RVs). There are motion sensitive CCTV cameras outside around the house. We use August smart app to unlock and lock the door. Upon booking, Airbnb sends you a link on how to download the August app. Your booking date is tied to the August app and it will automatically be activated on the day of your check in. If you require extra access for other members of your family, please reach out to us so we can add them to the system. The smart lock auto-locks itself after a few minutes if you forgot to lock the door. Just make sure it’s fully closed. The house is also accessible via the sliding door in the backyard (can be open only from inside the house). It is fully fenced and is equipped with a motion-sensitive camera. Other things to note The house is a renovated 1950’s beach house with normal ceiling height and can accommodate up to 4-6 people due to the number/size of beds and also, so you will have a comfortable stay. It has an updated (one) bathroom so please keep this in mind before booking. It’s really good for 4 people but we are kind enough to add a Murphy bed so you’ll save $$$ money. The left side of the property (🪴L<🏡>R🌴) is a locked fully fenced private garden (undone) and office of the owner with its own separate entrance. Dr. Cherrie, the host doesn’t go to their garden when they have guests and if she needs to water the plants, it would only take her a few minutes then she leaves right away. Don’t worry, no one will bother you. You’ll be on your own there. We want you to have a relaxing stay. If you’re ultra sensitive, be aware that there’s a train line (distance wise) about 2-3 streets away and according to our past guests that we spoke to in person told us that they hardly noticed it from inside of the house. Trains don’t come often. You’ll hardly notice the short Brightline train. Sensitive people may feel the cargo train which runs 1-2x a day or sometimes doesn’t come at all. We don’t allow parties however we understand that you bring your family to celebrate events in the house. If you throw a party or use the place for an intimate event, please let us know. Also, please make sure that you follow and respect the quiet hours. Please keep the place clean, neat and tidy. Loss or damage of Bloom House properties will be subject to charges. Trashing the house will be subject to an extra cleaning fees of $200. We are not responsible for any accident and/or loss of your belongings. If possible, please do not let your dogs/pets pee in the backyard/patio as guests sit there. If they do pee, there is a garden hose and water the area where the dog peed on. Please use the front & side yards to walk and/or relieve your dogs/pets. We are in the middle of a landscaping project in the side area that we currently designate as ‘dog area’, the side by the Plumeria tree (on Lancaster St). We don’t work when we have guests but you may see a little mulch hill by the road behind the Clusia and next to the Plumeria tree. FYI, the City of Boca Raton recently replaced the old pipes and upgraded the water pressure. The NEIGHBORHOOD Boca Raton is one of the safest cities in Florida. We assure you that we never had any issues in the area. It’s a very safe area! Our airbnb house is a corner detached bungalow, the two direct neighbors (side and back) we have there are wonderful professional people. The couple on the side have been living in the area for 40+ years. There are NO so-so area here and the houses here range from $500,000++ including our updated 2-BR 1950’s bungalow. The beach is 1.5 miles away by car. Neighbors told us that they walked to the beach. FAU is about 2-3 miles away (10 min drive). Lynn University is about 3.5 miles away (10-12 min drive).
