I live close by and I'm always happy to share local recommendations. Alcester is a small and friendly town with several pubs and places to eat. The house itself is well situated, a 15 minute drive from Stratford upon Avon but also very near to Ragley Hall, Coughton Court, The Cotswolds and Warwick.. The space My place is cozy, warm and very clean. It is located 10-15 minutes walk from the high street. It is compact and tastefully decorated. It has gas central heating and is well insulated. There is high speed WiFi available and a smart TV in the living room. It's a new house with a nice bright kitchen containing all the equipment that you need. There's a washing machine/ drier , dishwasher, fridge/ freezer , microwave, electric oven and induction hob. The dining table which is in the kitchen seats 4 people. I've also got items such as a hairdryer and iron/ironing board so you can always look your best 😜 Upstairs, the bathroom is modern, bright and clean with a bath/shower. There is storage space in the 2 bedrooms and all the beds come with top quality mattresses for a comfortable nights sleep. Guest access Guests have full use of the property and private garden with outdoor seating and BBQ area. Other things to note Newly installed EV Charger.
