Located within the eighteenth-century residence of the same name, Palazzo Ninci is a historic building located in the beautiful village of Civitella in Val di Chiana, a few kilometers from the medieval cities of Arezzo and Cortona. The space has been designed to maintain the original soul of the historic building, with minimal interventions to personalize the rooms. The interiors are enriched with contemporary works of art and design collected over the years. The view is magnificent and breakfast is served in the room, offering a unique and refined stay experience. Guest access The guest can access the room from the large staircase, from which you can then access the corridor shared with the rooms. The lights on the staircase and in the hallway are automatic, and you can find books to consult about the Valley and the surrounding areas. Other things to note I live in the same house, in a private wing that allows me to always be available. Privacy is guaranteed, and I am always available for advice and suggestions on the beauty of the area. Breakfast is served in the room and replenished daily, subject to agreement with guests.
