Welcome to Timbers Shed Stay in Goulburn! Our private 1-bed, 1-bath ensuite is in a shared garage, used by the owner for storage. The bedroom will remain private, while the garage area will be shared. Ideal for long-term stays (4-6 weeks) for students or workers. Nearby attractions include The Big Merino, Trappers Bakery, and Grit Café. Enjoy modern comfort, peaceful surroundings, and easy access to Goulburn's highlights! The space The newly built room is equipped with a queen-size bed, panel heating, a ceiling fan, a microwave, a bar fridge, a kettle, a toaster, and a dining table for two. There is a separate private bathroom within the garage featuring a shower, toilet and vanity. Guest access As a guest at Timbers Shed Stay you will have access to the 1-bedroom and bathroom. Wi-fi is available, however, it can be a poor signal and slow connection due to the location. Telstra works best in our region, alternatively, we suggest using the free Wi-Fi available at Mcdonalds (5-minute drive). We welcome our guests to take the time to enjoy the property surroundings and take a stroll through the gardens. There is ample space for parking located on the property. Other things to note The owner of the property resides in the main dwelling separate from the garage. You will be sharing the garage space with the owner. If you are afraid of dogs, or simply don't like them, please consider carefully whether our place is suitable for you. Our friendly dog will greet you with lots of energy. The dog is generally with the owner and enjoys playing fetch or lazing about in her favourite spots around the house. Registration Details Exempt
