Cozy little house with a lot of space

The house is located between the city center and Tylösand. Walking distance to grocery store, outdoor swimming pool and nearest beach. Perfect for two families with children or a large family. The house has 3 floors with the bedrooms located at the top and bottom, which means that you do not live too close together. There is also a toilet on each floor as well as 2 showers. The garden is cozy with a large terrace and a private backside. The space Mezzanine (Entrance floor) Open floor plan with social areas. Small toilet with toilet. Kitchen: well-equipped with large work surfaces adjacent to the living space. Dining area: 6–8 people (extra table and extra chairs available). 1 high chair and 1 junior chair available. Exit to the balcony. Lounge area and fireplace. TV and corner sofa. Playroom: Creative room with hut, toys and toy kitchen. Sofa and books. Top Floor Spacious hall with desk. Bedroom 1: King sized bed (180 cm). Balcony, TV and Nespresso capsule machine. Bedroom 2: Two single beds (90 cm). One without bed legs, perfect for smaller children. Cozy cabin in the attic. Bathroom 1: Large bathroom with double faucets, shower and toilet. Basement Private entrance to the basement which has 2 rooms, bathroom and laundry room. Bedroom 3: Double bed (160 cm) and extra mattress (90 cm). TV. Kettle. Bedroom 4: Sofa bed (140 cm, mattress is in the sofa) TV. Bathroom 2: Large bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. Laundry room: Washing machine and dryer. The Garden Large lovely garden with lots of greenery. The back is protected from view and almost completely fenced. Sandbox, swing and soccer goal for the children. The balcony with a southwest location has sun from lunch to late evening. Dining area for 6-8 people and two lounge sofas. There are also two grills (Weber gas and charcoal grill). New 2025: Glazed conservatory that is not quite finished but guests are welcome to use it anyway. Other Towels/bed linen are not included but duvets/pillows are available. Feel free to use the spices and basic goods that are available, buy new ones if they run out. Unfortunately, there is no crib and no baby gates for the stairs in the house. Guest access The whole house except the garage and two locked storage rooms. Other things to note Garbage & Waste: Trash and recycling must be taken out and disposed of/sorted before departure. Trash cans for combustible and food waste are in front of the house. Recycling is taken to the nearest recycling station located at the St1 gas station about 100 meters from the house. Garbage collection: The garbage truck arrives on Tuesday morning (about 7:00 am) every other week and then the garbage can needs to be placed out on the street. We will contact the guest concerned about this. Cleaning: Cleaning is included but the dishwasher should be emptied of clean dishes and the porcelain should be placed in the cupboards. Other things such as toys, chairs, etc. should be put away/back in the same place as upon arrival. The sink in the bathroom upstairs is made of concrete and we ask you to be careful with products such as acids, fatty skin creams, etc. It won't go away if it penetrates the concrete. Welcome!
