This quiet 65 m² (699 sq. ft.) accommodation, which includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a washer-dryer, 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom, can accommodate up to 4 people. The outdoor area is private. It includes a furnished patio, a swimming pool (access from April to September) and a BBQ. The space Ideally located just 1 hour from Paris by TGV, between Avallon and Dijon on the Canal de Bourgogne. Montbard TGV station will ensure your long journeys with National and Intercités. Your private outdoor space includes a terrace where you can bask and a barbecue to enjoy the outdoors. The 4G is less than a 5-minute drive from the train station (10-minute walk) and 1 parking space awaits you. This stop will allow you to visit, among others, the Abbey of Fontenay, the medieval city of Semur-en-Auxois (15 min drive), the Alesia Museum-Park, the forges of Buffon or the castle of Bussy-Rabutin.
