Oasis on the canal

Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this spacious place. It can accommodate a large family. Beautiful shaded water view from backyard and screened lanai. Enjoyable outside space to eat and relax. Work space close to the 4 sliding doors to the lanai includes a desk, laptop stand, 2 extra monitors, keyboard, mouse and cell phone stand for your remote work. The space Open comfortable living/6 dining/kitchen/desk space area. Quad glass sliding doors provide a view from the living space to the screened lanai which has a table for 4 shaded with an umbrella and a gas fire pit with U seating. The dock area has outside seating. Guest access The garage is used by the Owners for vehicle and golf cart storage. Guests are welcome to use the utility sink and extra garage space as needed. All rooms of the house are open to quests including the backyard, lanai and dock area. Boat and boat lift are not for quest use. Other things to note Our boat is on the boat lift (not for guest use) but you can bring your boat. Behind the house there is space to moor your boat. The canal has river and Gulf access for <30 ft boats. 9' Height restriction at high tide. My private gated community offers a boat ramp. Trailer parking and dock space may be available for lease, arrangements must be made before arrival. Or there is storage parking 5 min down the road. Linens are washed with a eco hypoallergenic laundry soap with an added scent from Buff Soap Co. If no scent is preferred please ask when booking and remind me prior to arrival and I will not use added scent. I have two dogs and I do my best to keep a meticulously clean house because my daughter is allergic to dander.
