And there’s a neighborhood beach access right across the street from the Villas. The space Our newly remodeled, 5th floor unit is modern and cozy, perfect for a long weekend getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked, towels and linens are provided and there are beach chairs, a cooler and tennis rackets for you to use. The loveseat folds down to make a twin bed and can sleep two small children if need be. Guest access Xanadu Villas offers a newly resurfaced pool, a picnic area with tables and two tennis courts. Other things to note Xanadu Villas offers gated parking and has an elevator. Bike racks are also available with several bike rental locations nearby for the over 17 miles of bike paths on the island.
