It is located in the popular south of Leipzig. The apartment has a large double bed, SmartTV including Netflix, Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, refrigerator, dining table (high table) and everything you need. The bathroom has a nice shower. Of course, we provide fresh towels and bathroom essentials. The kitchen and bathroom are small but nice and despite everything sufficient for 4 people. There are sleeping arrangements for a total of 4 people, each with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. In bedroom 1 there is a queen size double bed (160 x 200 m) with desk and smart TV. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds (90 x 200 m each), with the option of pushing them together as a double bed if you like. In addition, this room also has a smart TV The location of the apartment is also perfect: The apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet apartment building. Within walking distance you will find various shops for everyday needs as well as bus and train stops. For example, the area has a great connection to the S-Bahn, where you can quickly get to different parts of the city (see last picture in the listing). In 10-15 minutes you can reach the center, the main train station but also the Völkerschlachtdenkmal [Monument to the Battle of the Nations], the Wildpark [Wildlife Park], Lake Cospuden and other great attractions such as Belantis or the Agra Messepark [trade fair park] by bus/train/car. Thanks to the good connection to the B2, you can also get from A to B quickly by car. Since the apartment is located on the outskirts of the city, you can retreat after a long day and enjoy a relaxing time in the apartment, relax and cook together.
