Nice new villa for up to 6 people. Ideally located with access to the city center and the ramparts of Aigues-Mortes in a 5-minute walk. The accommodation is fully equipped for 6 people. Equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a shower room on the ground floor and a bathroom upstairs. Outside you can enjoy the terrace and barbecue, as well as the garden to relax. The space The accommodation is fully equipped to comfortably accommodate 6 people. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with 140 x 190 beds and a third bedroom with a 140 x 190 sofa bed. Bathroom with bathtub and double sink and separate toilet complete the sleeping area. On the ground floor is a living room, dining area and fully equipped open kitchen (induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer...) A table and chairs for 6 equip the dining area and a comfortable "relax" sofa as well as the flat-screen TV equip the living room area. You also have a shower room on the ground floor with toilet and washing machine. Outside you will have a beautiful wooden terrace with garden furniture to enjoy outdoor dining. A barbecue will allow you to enjoy beautiful wood-fired grills and the garden will allow you to relax throughout your stay. Cleaning kit at your disposal. Pillows and blankets/duvets are provided Sheets and towels are optional, 60 euro per stay. At the end of your stay, we ask that the accommodation be returned clean, tidy and the garbage emptied. We also offer a cleaning service for 60 euros for a stay of more than 2 nights and 40 euros for a short stay. On request, a baby travel cot can be provided free of charge.
