PELICANO is the larger bedroom, with two queen size beds, a queen size sofa bed, and a large bathroom with double sinks. GARZA has one queen size bed and a double size roller bed. FRAGATA has the same layout as GARZA, but it is slightly smaller. No house keys are needed. You will be provided a 6 number access code, to enter the house. You'll have access to the entire house, including garage, patio and laundry room. Las Gaviotas is a safe and quiet neighbrohood, a short walking distance from Golden Zone. The house is located in a very central area. A short 1-13 minute walk to beaches, restaurants, bars, stores, transportation, church and more. Walk: 2 min to Ceviche Bowl, and other mom/pop eateries. 3 min to Parroquia de la Sagrada Familia. 4 min to Yukiro Sushi, Rosa Pasteleria, and Camarón Sábalo Ave., where public transportation abounds at all times. 5 min to Marequetengue Sweet Dessert, Senor Frogs store, El Panama coffee shop and Dairy Queen. 6 min to Rin Rin Pizza, Farmacia Moderna and La Churrascaria Do Brasil. 7 min to BBVA Bank. 10 min to Punta Codo Beach and Joe's Oyster Bar. 13 min to Playa Gaviotas. And much much more. The house has a 2 car garage, and there is a lot of street parking. There are two security cameras monitoring the front door and street. The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Parties or events, smoking and/or drug use are completely prohibited. If any of these acts are discovered, there is an economic sanction of $5,000 Mexican pesos/$250 U.S. dollars, and immediate eviction.
