The space The studio loft is a stylish and modern apartment located in the heart of KL Sentral, neighbourhood of Brickfields and mere minutes away from Bangsar and Midvalley. This building comprises of Alila Bangsar (hotel) and EST (residence), kindly come to EST lobby for check-in. A open plan studio loft with balcony: Sleeping arrangement : Max 5 pax Queen Bed x 2 Sofa Bed x 1 Options : Add one extra mattress (RM30 per mattress per day). Do let us know in advance for the preparation. Living room : Smart TV with access to Netflix/Youtube, High speed wifi Kitchen : Built-in induction stove, microwave, water filter, refrigerator, basic cooking utensils for light cooking : pan and pot, spoon and fork, plate and bowl, cup. Bathroom : Water heater, Hair dryer, Iron, amenities such as body shampoo and hair shampoo, toothbrush and paste, toilet roll, towels are provided Balcony : Washing machine with Dryer Parking : Only paid parking is available within the building. Sharing the same parking with Alila Bangsar. Just take the parking ticket and pay accordingly. Guest access Facilities at Level 9 - Swimming Pool -Gym Other things to note Registration at the concierge counter before entering the building. Paid parking is available in the building. Just take the parking ticket and there are two options of payment : (Autopay machine at Level M1- RM5 per hour) or (Pay at concierge- RM15 per entry which you may park up to 24 hour*One entry ONLY*) Strictly for accommodation ONLY. No Party/Gathering for all kinds of events. Commercial shooting is subject to host approval. Penalty will be charged for violation of rules. (RM500 Penalty will be charged) . Strictly No smoking (RM500 Penalty will be charged) Strictly No Drugs Access Card & Key Loss ( RM300 Penalty will be charged) Early check-in is subject to availability and extra charges of RM50 per hour. Standard check-out time is 11AM but we allow our guest to leave/return the access card latest by 12PM. After 12PM we charge RM50 for late check out and RM50 for every subsequent hour. Please stay quiet after 11PM. We would appreciate if you could take care our home and respect the house rule as part of community in the sharing economy. Please be reminded this is not a HOTEL and the one time cleaning fee charged is for the general cleaning after check out. If you need housekeeping, kindly contact us for the arrangement as extra charges applied.
