The space Whether you’re a couple, family, or group of friends, this apartment is the perfect place to enjoy a comfortable and intimate holiday. Choose your favorite retreat: the master bedroom suite offers a relaxing space with a queen-size bed and a large window that fills the room with natural light, perfect for peaceful mornings or quiet reading before bed. The second bedroom also features a queen-size bed and a small desk, ideal for catching up on emails or a bit of work before winding down for the night. If you prefer lounging in the living room, the sofa bed provides additional space and comfort for extra guests. The bathroom offers a bright, clean design and a walk-in shower, ideal for a refreshing start or relaxing end to your day. Make cooking a shared pleasure! The concept kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking, thoughtfully designed for both comfort and ease of use. You’ll find ample counter space, plenty of seating, and cabinets for storage, along with all the essential cookware, cutlery, and utensils you might need. A kettle, toaster, and Nespresso machine are also provided to help you begin your day with a perfect cup of coffee. Whether you’re preparing dinner for two, chatting with friends, or watching the kids play in the adjoining living room, this open space makes spending time together effortless and enjoyable. Parking is hassle-free, there are public parking spaces available nearby, some free and others paid on weekdays, all within easy walking distance. Child Policies: This flat is an excellent choice for families traveling with children. Infants are welcome to share the bed with parents, or a baby cot can be provided upon request for a fee of 150 RON per stay. Smoking is only permitted on the private balcony, and ashtrays are provided for your convenience. We value your time and comfort, early check-in or late check-out are available upon request, depending on availability and for a fee. Please let us know your travel plans, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the private balcony and all amenities. Details regarding building entry and garage access are sent on the day of check-in for your convenience and security. Other things to note • The apartment is located in a residential complex, so please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • A starter pack of essentials is provided (toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish detergent, coffee capsules). Additional items can be purchased nearby. • Towels and linens are included; for longer stays, additional cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged upon request and for a fee. • Please note that mattress and pillow comfort can be subjective, we’ve selected quality materials for most guests’ preferences. • The apartment operates as a serviced accommodation, not a hotel, personalized service and privacy are part of the experience. • Please inform us immediately of any damage or maintenance issue so we can resolve it quickly. • We are a serviced accommodation, and therefore, in the very rare event that public utilities (such as water, electricity, or heating) are interrupted by local providers, please note that we do not have backup solutions for these services. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve the situation as quickly as possible. • Only guests registered on Airbnb and who have completed the check-in process are permitted to access the property or its facilities. • Visitor Policy: External visitors are welcome only between 09:00 and 21:00, in order to respect the privacy and comfort of other residents. • Guest Verification: For security and legal reasons, a copy of a valid government ID or passport is required during the check-in process. • Noise & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels are actively monitored using sensors to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. • A penalty fee of 500 RON will be applied if smoking occurs inside the apartment or if parties are held on the premises. • Group Accommodation: As we manage multiple units within the same building, we can conveniently host larger groups or corporate travelers upon request.
