Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, fire up the charcoal grill for an evening barbecue, or simply sit back on the balcony and take in the peaceful golf course scenery from above. The third-floor location creates a bright, airy feel throughout the villa, while the large windows showcase stunning views of the course from inside as well. Spacious bedrooms invite you to recharge after a day at the beach or on the greens, and the comfortable living area is perfect for movie nights on the flat-screen TV. A full-size washer and dryer are also included for your convenience. This is also a pet-friendly property, so your four-legged family members are welcome too. A $150 pet fee applies, and we ask that you notify the rental office in advance if you plan to bring a pet. We do not utilize third-party cleaning companies. We use CDC housekeeping protocols, approved disinfectants, and personal protection equipment. Our properties are private, well-maintained, hygienic, and sanitized. A whole safe and private space just for you and your family. Our linens and terry are cleaned and sanitized at our commercial laundry. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa, private screened balcony, charcoal grill, and all interior living spaces. Community pool access may be available seasonally, subject to availability. The True Blue Clubhouse is within walking distance, and Pawleys Island beaches are just a short drive away. Other things to note Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property. No pets are permitted unless otherwise approved in writing. Guest must be at least 25 years old to rent. Parking is available for registered guests only and must comply with all community regulations. Golf carts are not provided with the property. Any guest-owned golf carts must comply with community and local regulations. Pool access is seasonal and subject to HOA rules, maintenance schedules, and availability. Peace Vacations cannot guarantee pool availability. Beach access is located less than five minutes away by car. Community quiet hours and HOA regulations must be respected at all times. Please note that club memberships, golf privileges, or special resort programs may require separate fees and are not included unless specifically stated.
