Quiet country cottage ideal for families with children OVER 10 yrs of age and romantic get aways. Pets allowed. Located near the beautiful town of Beverley, City of Hull and York. Easy access to the coastal towns of Hornsea and Bridlington. Situated in the small village/hamlet of Weel, 5-10minute drive or 40minute walk from the centre of Beverley. Great for dog walkers, outdoorsy people or just a scenic and peaceful getaway. The space There is parking at the front of the property on the red gravel. The living room has a sofa and 2 arm chairs and window seating. There is a TV with free view, an electric fireplace and reading books. A fully stocked kitchen with microwave, cooker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area is in the kitchen with stools and breakfast bar. Going upstairs (which are quite steep) you have the main bedroom (1) which looks over the river, this has a super king bed, this can become 2 singles please make prior arrangements if you require the 2 singles, chest of draws and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2 looks out over the back garden and has a king size bed, dressing table and clothes rail. Bathroom has a bath/shower, sink, toilet and mirror. Under the stairs from the kitchen there is a drying room which also houses household cleaning appliances. There is peaceful back garden and patio space, all fenced off with own gate access and from the kitchen.
