My place is for the urban traveler who also enjoys the luxury of being located only a few steps away from major interest points such as Ocean Park Beaches, new gastronomy Mecca at Loiza Street, also known as San Juan's own Hipster Haven and many more. It's a spacious apartment with one bedroom, 1 bathroom, laundry area, kitchen, dining, living room and with a family room setup with a queen futon. The space You are walking distance to supermarkets, Starbucks Cafe, pharmacies, bars , pizzeria and famous Bolangerie restaurant less than 1 minute walk distance from our apartment. Uber and public transportation service are provided as a result no car rental is necessary. Just less than10 minutes drive form Old San Juan and close to major hotels casinos and hospitals in the San Juan area. Guest access Easy lock box access. We can also meet you and give you a tour of the unit and area. This is a gated building and access to floor apartment is thru an elevator with key access to our floor. There are only two apartments per floor and no body has access to our floor for privateness. Other things to note My place is for the urban traveler who also enjoys the beach (a pleasant 3 minutes walk away). There is on street free parking subject to availability. It's close to some of the most important artistic and cultural sites in San Juan. There are also all kinds of places to eat, have a drink or a cup of excellent Puerto Rican coffee.
