Room in colonia Escandón

Nice and well connected area, close to the Condesa and 4 main avenues of the city. 2 metro stations (3 lines) and metrobus line. Bike and Scooter Station. New apartment with lots of light. Spacious and equipped room. The space Apartment of 75m2 completely remodeled and with lots of light, on a fourth floor without an elevator. All rooms have windows that look outdoors. The room features a queen bed, a wooden desk with office chair and shelves. We have a folding closet for those who require it. General light can be regulated and there is also a table lamp. The third member of the family is Goku, a very friendly and affectionate kitten. Both their sandbox and their food are outside of common areas. In one of the windows we have a hummingbird drinker, so during light hours we have very frequent visits of these birds (you can see from the room and from the room). Guest access New and fully-equipped living-dining room, bathroom and kitchen (oven, oven, coffee makers, coffee makers, orange juicer, blender, toaster...). General cleaning once a week. We have a washing machine and TV (cable, dvd, PS4), which guests can use whenever they want. During your stay We love the city and we know how to move well in it, so we can recommend places and means of transport according to the needs of each guest. Of course, we will be more than happy to support the guest in whatever we can. Other things to note We like to have quiet dinners and gatherings with guests and friends. Sometimes we organize in the cinema sessions with a screen and projector in the cinema.
