Arriving across a small bridge over the Tetbury Avon you find an unusual split-level home over three floors with the mill waters running beneath. Slate and wooden floors combined with open brick walls and arch details where the mill wheels once sat keep the character and history of the building alive. The living room fills with the tumbling of the water rushing below and is a homely space with a modern wood burner where you can spend time relaxing after following the riverside walking routes from your doorstep. Each bedroom faces the river to the front of the mill which flows around the house to meet the mill waters.
