Amazing Stay in the Heart of Condado!

Spacious one- bedroom, one-bath apartment, including a queen sized living room sofa bed in the heart of Condado, a short walk from the beach! The apartment sleeps up to four and has a cozy living room and balcony. If you have a car, first-come first-served parking is included. The apartment is situated in the best location possible as it is right next to the laguna of condado and many fine restaurants, shops, casinos, bars while being situated on a quieter residential street. The space Our home not only offers an amazing location, but is equipped with full amenities such as a fully furnished living room, kitchen, paid-laundry room in the building, Free WIFI, and a Smart TV that includes all the best applications like Netflix, Prime Video, and more. There is AC in the living room and in the bedroom. We provide two beach chairs for the beach. This a 1 bedroom 1 bath and fits up to four people, with one couple or pair of friends sleeping in the living room pull-out couch turned queen bed. Lastly we have a private balcony where you can unwind and relax on. We also offer monthly stays and short term rental periods! The apartment is situated in the heart of Condado and offers endless opportunities, whether you're looking for a relaxing stay where you can spend your days by the beach and walking through Ashford Avenue visiting the many boutiques and restaurants, or you're looking for a home base for adventure and day trips to El Yunque or great nightlife as it is close to both Old San Juan, La Placita de Santurce, and Calle Loiza. In addition, the apartment is a short walk from a CVS and a 24-hour Wallgreens as well as the supermarket Freshmart and two Starbucks locations. Our home is designed to meet every guest's need and make their stay a great experience. Guest access You will have access to outdoor parking using the beeper that we provide upon request. The guest will be provided with keys to the unit via lockbox. Please keep in mind that if a guest loses any set of house keys the cost will be: $100 for the keys and $125 for the parking gate door opener. Other things to note This is a very safe place within walking distance of all fun activities. We are always happy to provide recommendations for nearby food, drinks, and activities. For an extra fee, we can provide flowers, alcohol, or activity coordination/restaurant booking.
